Monitoring
We provide our patients with an at home cellular enabled monitoring device that captures readings on blood pressure, pulse rate and/or weight between office visits. Devices send data automatically to us and we review your readings to get a better understanding of your health. Talk to your physician or one of our staff to learn more about getting enrolled.
