Sanjeev Mittal, MD
Doctor
Dr. Sanjeev Mittal received his medical degree from University College of Medical Science, New Delhi and was board certified in Nephrology twice from All India Institute of Medical Sciences prior to the year 1996 when he was offered to pursue a Nephrology Fellowship in the USA. He was board certified in Nephrology after completing his fellowship at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY and Internal Medicine residency at Robert Johnson Medical Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. He has been practicing clinical nephrology since 1994 and formed Mittal Kidney and Dialysis in Memphis in the year 2004.
Dr. Mittal specializes in the diagnosis and management of hypertension and kidney diseases as well as Fluid and Electrolyte Disorders.
His special interests include prevention of progression of chronic kidney disease to delay the onset of Dialysis, Glomerular disorders, electrolyte disorders, and resistance Hypertension and Home modalities of Dialysis therapy. He has been involved in several research projects and published book chapters, review articles and multiple papers in peer-reviewed nephrology journals. Other professional affiliations include the National Kidney Foundation, Renal Physician Association, American Society of Nephrology and International Society of Nephrology. He regularly teaches medical students and residents as an Assistant professor at the department of nephrology at the University of TN. He also mentors Dialysis Nurses while serving as a medical director for several Davita dialysis facilities in the Memphis area.
Dr. Mittal enjoys his life here in the Memphis area with his wife and two daughters and is proud to service the community in the tri-state area. Personally, his hobbies include reading, traveling, music, photography, biking, swimming and spending quality time with family and friends.
Arijit Chakravarty, MD

Dr. Arijit Chakravarty is board certified in nephrology and internal medicine and joined the practice here with Mittal Kidney and Dialysis in 2020.
He was born and raised in New Jersey and completed his Medical Degree at the Rutgers University-New Jersey Medical School where he also completed his internal medicine residency. He completed Nephrology Fellowship at North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York and then went on to complete Transplant Nephrology Fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville TN.
Dr. Chakravarty has developed his career in nephrology as well as transplantation and served as medical director of the kidney and pancreas transplant program at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, NJ for 10 years. He also volunteered as Adjunct Clinical Faculty for transplant training for the Nephrology Fellowship Program at the Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine. He has experience in treating patients with all forms of kidney disease including acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease. He takes pride in being able to provide all aspects of care for patients fighting kidney disease including prior to needing renal replacement therapy either dialysis or transplant, during renal replacement therapy with any of the various options of dialysis including home or in-center therapy, as well as after transplantation.
He and his wife have been blessed with their young son and daughter as well as the opportunity to practice medicine and raise their family here in Memphis, TN.
Arvind Goel, MD

Dr. Arvind Goel is Board-Certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine and has been in private practice with Mittal Kidney and Dialysis since 2014.
Born and raised in Nepal, he obtained his medical degree from BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Nepal. He finished his Internal Medicine Residency from Westchester Medical Center, New York. He then did his fellowship In Nephrology from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Goel is a member of the American Society of Nephrology.
His special interests include management and prevention of the progression of Chronic Kidney Disease and Glomerular diseases. He also has a keen interest in the management of resistant Hypertension, electrolyte disorders and Kidney Diseases associated with pregnancy.
He volunteers as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University Of Tennessee Health Science Center.
He is fluent in English, Hindi and Nepali.

Saundra Homan, FNP, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Saundra Homan, is a resident of Coldwater, Mississippi.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Memphis in 2009. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Walden University in 2016. She is a member of the the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Tennessee Nurse Practitioner Association and Mississippi Nurse Practitioner Association. Saundra is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
She is licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi with certifications in Basic Life Support(BLS), Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
She is an active member of Army Reserves.
Saundra joined Mittal Kidney and Dialysis in July 2017 with a primary focus in Dialysis.
Ann Christopher Trotter, ANP
Nurse Practitioner
Ann Christopher Trotter is a board certified acute care nurse practitioner specializing in nephrology.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from The University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. She practiced as a registered nurse in the surgical intensive care unit for four years. She completed her Master of Science degree in nursing in August 2012, graduating from The University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS.
She joined Mittal Kidney and Dialysis in 2012.
